C - Communications

We see technology as but one of many tools available to our clients to achieve their business and professional goals. We only recommend IT strategies that will advance those goals. We never let technology drive strategy. By keeping current with technology we can communicate new ideas to business, that will help them to run more efficiently and profitable.
H - Honesty
- We practice intellectual honesty. We marry optimism that effective and creative strategies can be found for each client, with a healthy skepticism about simplistic or trendy approaches.
I - Integrity

Our highest priority is to act with integrity towards our clients, and to do our work to a high standard. We seek as clients professionals who share these values in their work.
P - Professionalism

We respect what our clients and their staff accomplish with their current work practices, including paper-based information systems. We understand that introducing new technology does not always improve productivity.
S - Service

We value long-term relationships with our clients. Customer loyalty is won by treating our clients fairly, and by delivering on our commitments to them. We do not use, for example, arbitrary switching costs to keep clients.
